These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ampiono Search Data Studio Chrome extension and associated web services ("the Extension"). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Overview and Software Scope

Ampiono Search Data Studio is a browser-based analytics extension designed to process Google Search Console data locally. It provides modular intelligence models including Dynamic CTR modeling, keyword cannibalization detection, and top position gap analyzers. Results are analytical insights intended to assist your internal search optimization workflow.

2. Merchant of Record & Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller **Paddle.com**. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through our pricing page. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to checkout, billing, and order processing.

3. Pricing, Passes, and Subscriptions

We provide a core tier free of charge alongside individual paid intelligence models. Paid access is available via:

24-Hour Passes: One-time non-recurring purchases granting 24 hours of full access to a specific model ($7 USD).
Pro Monthly Subscriptions: Recurring monthly access billed automatically on each billing cycle date ($49 USD/month).

4. Digital Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment processing by Paddle, your software license or access pass is activated instantly within your browser extension account. No physical shipping is required.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your Paddle customer portal or contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current active billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

6. Refund and Return Policy

All digital software sales, 24-hour passes, and monthly subscriptions are final. Because digital access and proprietary algorithms are made instantly available upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or billing credits. Please evaluate free model tiers thoroughly before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Ampiono shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the software.
