Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing a license or access pass for Ampiono Search Data Studio. Because our product is a digital browser extension providing instant access to proprietary intelligence models and software capabilities, please review our refund policy carefully before completing your transaction.

1. Digital Software Deliverables

All purchases (including 24-hour analytical passes and monthly software subscriptions) grant immediate, unrestrictable digital access to proprietary code and computational models. Consequently, **all sales are final**.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or account credits for 24-hour passes, partial subscription periods, or accidental renewals once a purchase or renewal charge has been processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle).

3. Evaluating Before Purchase

We strongly encourage all users to test our free Core Tier capabilities and review documentation thoroughly prior to purchasing a 24-hour pass or monthly subscription tier.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel active monthly subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing cycles. Cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of your current active billing period.

5. Billing Support

If you experience technical issues activating your license or require assistance managing your subscription renewal date, please contact us at: support@ampiono.com
